Are you freelance designers? | |
| Yes, we are freelance designers. We have quite a few years experience working for companies, as well. | ||

What are the benefits of hiring freelance designers? | |
| For starters, since we don't have a large overhead, we can provide our clients with better cost solutions. You also get a level of personal attention that is rare with the big companies. | ||

Do you operate out of an office, or out of your home[s]? | |
| We operate out of an office that we share. It's a small office - enough to accomodate our equipment, but small enough to avoid the overheads mentioned in 2. | ||

Do you offer any discounts for multiple services? | |
| Yes, we do. When ordering multiple services, 2 or more are discounted by 15%. | ||

How do you take payments? | |
| We work with a reputable online payment processor called 2CO. We also accept checks and money orders (U.S clients ONLY) | ||

How much will my project cost? | |
| We get this one often. The only way for this to be determined is for you to fill out a quote request form. | ||

Do you host websites? | |
| Yes, but only if we have room to accomodate our clients. | ||

How long will my project take to be completed? | |
| Again, this one can only be determined by the details of your project specifically. We can work faster if you need us to. This, however, will alter your project's cost. | ||

Do you offer refunds? | |
| We do offer refunds, but only in the form of 50% off of the downpayment - not your total cost. Why Only 50%? A lot of time and effort is put into the work we do. Providing clients with a full downpayment refund would have taken a lot of time from us. However, if you are cancelling a project due to an error on our part (HAS YET TO HAPPEN), we will provide you with a full refund. | ||
| After your project has been completed, however, and you have signed off on your approval document, you cannot receive a refund, 50% or otherwise. | ||
